Her Legacy Lab is a free virtual mentorship and leadership development program created by We Women Elevate to support and empower young women between the ages of 15 and 26 as they navigate their personal, academic, and early professional journeys. The program is designed to help participants build confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain clarity about their purpose and future goals. Through guided sessions, mentorship circles, and skill-building workshops, participants are exposed to critical topics such as self-awareness, communication, career exploration, financial literacy, and goal setting. Her Legacy Lab creates a supportive environment where young women can learn, grow, and begin to see themselves as capable leaders.
At the heart of the program is the belief that leadership development should begin early and that mentorship plays a critical role in unlocking potential. Participants are paired with experienced mentors and professionals who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights that help young women expand their vision of what is possible. By connecting participants with role models, practical knowledge, and a community of support, Her Legacy Lab aims to cultivate the next generation of confident, purpose-driven women who are prepared to lead, contribute to their communities, and intentionally build their legacy. At the end of this program mentees will receive certificate of completion, connection to resources to help in their professional journeys, connection to power house women that will continue to guide them even after the program has ended and a lifetime member of the Her Legacy Lab community.
