Our Mission
Our mission is to elevate women at all levels to speak their voices, guard their mental health, recognize and realize their greatest potential, build their table, and break barriers, equipping them to quantum leap as leaders in their careers, businesses, and communities worldwide. Our main focus is women paving the path for the next-gen leadership.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
A Champion for Women and Next-Gen Leadership
Molly Creese is the visionary behind We Women Elevate, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and preparing the next generation of female leaders. Originally from the vibrant island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, she brings warmth, resilience, and a deep-rooted passion for service to every endeavor she leads.
From an early age, Molly embodied the spirit of leadership—first as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, and worship leader, and later as a professional and entrepreneur. As the second of six siblings and the daughter of a preacher, she developed a strong foundation in community, faith, and purpose-driven action.
With a BBA in Business Administration from Monroe College and an MBA from Long Island University, she has built a successful career as an Accounting Manager and a Certified Career, Business, and Leadership Coach. She is also the CEO of We Network Services, a professional development company helping women advance in their careers through intentional networking, executive coaching, and leadership development programs.
Known as a mentor, board advisor, and change-maker, Molly is deeply committed to helping women find their voice, realize their potential, and make meaningful impact in their communities and industries. Through We Women Elevate, she continues to create space for women to grow, lead, and thrive.
